Year 12 Biology 2014
Dear Students
Welcome to all new year 12 Biology students. This year is going to be great. We have four of the best teachers at Hutt Valley High School looking after you, and of course Biology would have to be the most interesting subject ever studied at school.
We are beginning the year with an internal assessment investigating a pattern in an ecological community. Our focus is going to be on the effect of introduced mammals on a native species of your choice. The other topic we will begin in term one is the life processes at the cellular level which is an external achievement standard.
